In a community acupuncture session you will receive an individualized acupuncture treatment based on your unique symptoms and health goals. Concise intakes are done chair-side with Rachel with points selected based on a Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis. Treatments are done in a group room setting on our fabulous recliners. The sessions range from 30-45 minutes. Appointments can be booked online or by email/text.

The Ear Acupuncture Protocol is a 10-point treatment for high stress and anxiety, addiction work, and emotional support. This ear-only treatment, when used regularly, can be an incredible anchor in difficult times. The sessions range from 30-45 minutes and can be booked online.

Book a private group acupuncture session for you and your friends & family. Each participant will receive an individualized acupuncture session based on their health goals or symptoms. We can accommodate parties up to five. Each person's treatment time will run the usual 30-45 minutes. Sessions are conducted outside of regular studio hours and are booked directly through Rachel.

The relaxation immersion is a deeply restorative and restful offering that combines acupuncture with the deep pressure stimulation therapy of weighted blankets. Ear and head acupuncture points are used to promote nervous system regulation, emotional release, and tension reduction. A brain-wave modulating soundtrack is used as supportive audio. Offered monthly September to May, the sessions range from 30-45 minutes and can be booked online.
